Refund policy
We accept returns for store credit only.
To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:
I. The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
II. The item must be shipped within 7 calendar days of the return request.
III. The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition.
Return shipping costs $10. This will be deducted from your total store credit amount.
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. Items returned with stains, marks or visible signs of wear will not be accepted.
To start a return, please email support@stop28.com with your order number, requested items to return, and a reason. We will reply within one business day with a return label.
Repack the items in the original box or similar packaging and drop it off at the respective mail service (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We will refund you for the amount you paid for the item and the respective tax within 1-2 business days of receiving the return.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
