Q: When will my order ship?
A: All of our pieces are made to order, which means we don’t start production until you check out. Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your piece is on its way.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not yet—we’re keeping things close to home while we grow. Expanding internationally is on our radar, but for now we’re focused on giving our U.S. customers the best possible experience.
Q: Care instructions
A: Our pieces are made from 100% cotton, so we recommend cold wash and air dry to prevent shrinkage and keeps the shape intact. If you need to use a dryer, stick to low heat—but air drying is always your safest bet.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Since each piece is made to order, we’re not currently able to accept returns. As a small brand, this helps us reduce waste and stay intentional about what we produce. However, if something’s off with your order—whether it’s damaged or not what you expected—please reach out. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
Q: Why made in LA?
A: Because it lets us stay involved—from design to your closet. Producing locally means we’re hands-on every step of the way, making sure quality, fit, and ethics never get lost in the process.
Q: How do your pieces fit?
